Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the SELLER, Üniformalar Dünyası Tekstil Promosyon San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (uniformalardunyasi.com), and the BUYER who places an order, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically or via WhatsApp/phone.

3. Product and Payment

The type, quantity, colour and price of the product are determined by confirmation with the BUYER at the time of order. Payment method and terms are agreed mutually upon order confirmation. Custom-made and corporate (logo) products are produced in line with the BUYER's request.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the BUYER via the contracted courier. Delivery time varies by stock status, whether custom production is required, and order volume, and is communicated to the BUYER upon order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For stock products, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 5 days of delivery. However, products specially prepared at the BUYER's request (custom-made, with logo, name-embroidered) are excluded from the right of withdrawal by their nature.

6. General Provisions

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted these terms. In disputes, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. For details, see our Returns & Exchange page.
