What you need to know about our return, exchange and defective-product conditions.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Your return and exchange requests are evaluated under the conditions below.
For stock products, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You can request a size or colour exchange provided the product is unused. Exchange is provided with a suitable product subject to stock.
Products prepared specially for a person or organization (custom-made, logo-printed, name-embroidered) are excluded from return and exchange except for production defects. A sample and approval process is run before production for these.
If there is a defect due to production or stitching, the product is examined on arrival and a free exchange or refund is provided. In this case shipping costs are borne by us.
